Noveleta Mayor Dino Reyes Chua appeals to visitors to keep the newly opened beach clean

Feb 19, 2019 @ 12:40

If the people of Noveleta want to keep enjoying the newly-opened Long Beach Resort for a long time, they should keep it clean, according to Mayor Dino Reyes Chua.

Entrance to the beach is free, but this does not mean that visitors are free to throw their garbage anywhere they want, he said in a Facebook post.

He appealed to visitors to be disciplined, and to love and care for the beach. After all, it is owned not by the mayor, but by every citizen of Noveleta, he said.

He announced that he would institute a policy where visitors would be required to bring home their own trash.

The beach is not a garbage pit!

#walangimposible #DCplinadoTayo,” Chua posted.
