Ralph Recto: Give professionals incentive to comply with CPD law

Senate President Pro Tempore Ralph Recto said professionals should be given incentives so that they will comply with the requirements of the Continuing Professional Development (CPD) Law.
The Batangas politiko has changed his position from a repeal of the CPD Law to just a revision of its implementing rules and regulations (IRR).
Recto said that instead of making compliance to the CPD Law mandatory, the Professional Regulatory Commission (PRC) has agreed to make it voluntary.
Extra pogi points sa kanilang biodata/profile o PRC license na sabihing ‘complied with CPD requirement,’” he said.
