Baguhin na lang daw ang IRR! Ralph Recto backtracks on CPD Law repeal

Senate President Pro Tempore Ralph Recto is backtracking on his earlier push to repeal the Continuing Professional Development (CPD) Act of 2016.
The Batangas politiko said that the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) has agreed to revise the law’s implementing rules and regulations so that the implementation of the CPD requirements will become voluntary instead of mandatory.
He also said that while the objectives of the CPD Law is good, the implementation has been problematic.
