Mayor Mercado-Revilla wants husband Bong home for Christmas

Bacoor City Mayor Lani Mercado-Revilla on December 2 has just one wish for Christmas: for her husband, former senator Bong Revilla, to be home for Christmas.

The Sandiganbayan is set to release its decision on the Cavite politiko’s plunder case on December 7.

Mercado-Revilla said the Revilla family has long been wanting for the former senator to get his freedom.

“Matagal na naming inaasam-asam na makapiling siya. Di biro ang mawala ang ama ng tahanan, di biro ang mawala sa iyong piling ang asawa,” she said.

“Sana makapiling na namin si Bong ngayong Pasko,” Mercado-Revilla added.
