Ralph Recto to meet with PRC regarding proposal to repeal CPD law
Senate President Pro Tempore Ralph Recto said his filing of Senate Bill No. 2073 seeking to repeal the Continuing Professional Development (CPD) Act of 2016 has already ruffled some feathers.
The Batangas politiko said the Professional Regulation Commission sought a meeting with him regarding his bill.
Recto also said his staff is continuing to gather more information from different groups and individuals to enhance his proposed measure.
