There are preparations we can do to protect ourselves from the onslaught of typhoon Ompong, but there is something we must not forget, according to Ibaan Vice Mayor Edralyn Salvame.

In a Facebook post, Salvame reminded people not to forget to pray as Ompong roars through the country.

Of course, they must also take precautions, such as not going out in the bad weather and preparing emergency kits.

But prayers are also something that we must not do without!
