Bati na? Former Cavite Rep. Gilbert Remulla resolves dispute with Volkswagen dealer
All’s well that ends well.
Volkswagen distributor conic Dealership Inc. has apologized to former Cavite Rep. Gilbert Remulla after he complained about poor service in their Taguig branch.
Remulla earlier visited the branch to pick up his car at 8 am, but was unable to do so because the cashier was closed despite a sign saying operating hours began at 8 am. The former politiko was irked as it also derailed his schedule for the day.
In a new Facebook post, Remulla said the people behind the dealership called to apologize to him. They take comments about their service seriously, he noted.
While it was only a small matter, he said it was vital for dealers to make sure they provide good service because they have a lot of competitors in the country.
Hopefully, they have learned their lesson from this.
And yes, Remulla remains a Volkswagen fan.
“Update: my friends from AC communicated with me and the VW peeps called to apologize. I must say they really take comments on their service and business seriously. In truth, it was a small matter. However, the automobile industry is so competitive that it’s important they step up their game. I want VW to succeed in the PH because their cars – dieselgate scandal notwithstanding – are really good cars,” he posted.
