Waterproof? Heavy rains won’t bring down the Caviteno, says Vice Gov. Jolo Revilla
The recent heavy rains from the typhoon may have swamped Cavite residents, but their spirit has not been broken.
Cavite Vice Gov. Jolo Revilla visited the province’s residents affected by the rains and floods and distributed relief goods.
Some of them may be down, but they are not out, Revilla said.
He shared a photo of himself addressing his constituents during the relief goods distribution, and it showed them smiling despite their ordeal.
“Nasalanta man ng bagyo, mga ngiti pa rin ang sumalubong. Iba ang Caviteño, hindi nawawalan ng pagasa. #OneCavite,” he posted.
