Calamba Mayor Timmy Chipeco marvels at talent behind bars

An inmate in Laguna is now making use of his talents and has impressed Calamba Mayor Timmy Chipeco.
Chipeco lauded the unnamed prisoner who gifted him with a painting that included a portrait of the mayor.
Chipeco expressed gratitude for the generosity of the inmate and of the Bureau of Jail Management and Penology, and said it is not about how much we have given, but how little we have kept for ourselves.
Hopefully, the inmate will use his talent to create a better life for himself!
