Former Sen. Bong Revilla keeps the faith as he marks 4th year in detention

Jun 21, 2018 @ 13:56

The past four years have not been easy for former Sen. Bong Revilla, who is detained on plunder charges.

As he marked his fourth year in detention, he lamented that he has been missing out on the milestones of his children’s lives.

There have also been times when despaired and thought of giving up because he was so tired of the fight, he said.

But he said he continues to get his strength from his supporters and from his faith and belief that his ordeal will end.

He also continues to pray for justice and truth to prevail, he said, asking his supporters to pray with him.

“Today is exactly my 4th year in prison.

This is 4 years away from my family; missing out on the milestones of my children’s lives; 4 long years that I can no longer get back.

Let us all continue to pray together! God is good! 🙏 🙏 🙏 ,” he posted.
