RIP Constitution? Calamba Councilor Cha Hernandez heartbroken over SC decision on Sereno

May 12, 2018 @ 12:36

There was no TGIF for young Calamba Councilor Cha Hernandez who lamented the Supreme Court decision to unseat Maria Lourdes Sereno through a quo warranto petition rather than impeachment as prescribed in the constitution.

In an Instagram post, Hernandez said she felt weak and down when she heard the decision, and couldn’t help but ask if the Supreme Court is truly still supreme.

Everybody could see that the 1987 Constitution is being disregarded, which is a truly sad moment for the country, she said.

It is a decision that will haunt us all forever, she said.

Hernandez cheered herself up by sharing her photos with a cute kid, to banish negativity.

She made be sad, but things are not over till they’re over!

“Pampa-good vibes ngayong Friday. Hay.

Ano ba yan. Such a sad, sad moment for our nation. This decision should haunt us all forever. #StandWithCJSereno 💔

Meanwhile, blessing my feed na lang with the cuteness of this baby este boy na pala… LAHAT NG SAKIN IYO NA HA, love you eh. ❤️

Walang mapapala ang negativity eh.

But this shouldn’t be over. 🙂 Hay!

Summer na summer talaga.

Nakakapanginit ng dugo.

#Vpositive pa rin ✌🏼,” she posted.
