Gov Hernandez signs JVA with Ecotoll to build Canlubang-Bay bypass road
Laguna Governor Ramil Hernandez on May 9 signed a Joint Venture Agreement with Ecotoll Road and Development Corporation to develop the Canlubang-Bay by-pass road.
The Canlubang-Bay by-pass road is a 22.1-kilometer expressway that will begin Canlubang and go through Calamba and end in Bay.
The Laguna politiko said the road project is expected to help not only Laguna’s transportation but also boost livelihood, tourism, and commerce.
