PDEA inaugurates upgraded training facilities in Silang

The Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) on April 16 has inaugurated its newly renovated training facilities at the PDEA Academy in Camp Castañeda in Silang.
Among the upgrades include the rehabilitation of the classroom building to become a two-storey building.
Also upgraded were the quadrangle annex, tent barracks, kitchen building, and the water distribution system.
PDEA Director Aaron Aquino said the upgrade of the facilities will fasttrack trainings in the academy.
“With these facilities, we can now allow the simultaneous holding of two DEOBC classes at the Academy. In the past, the Academy can only conduct a single batch of DEOBC class, now we can conduct two classes,” Aquino said.
