Mayor Loyola lauded as Outstanding Woman Leader in Cavite
Carmona Mayor Dahlia Loyola on March 23 was recognized as one of Cavite’s Outstanding Women Leaders during the Women’s Month festivities in Trece Martires City.
Cavite Governor Crispin Remulla awarded Loyola with a plaque for her local governance achievements.
Loyola is a known advocate for persons with disabilities.
The Cavite politiko said she was hesistant to run for Carmona mayor at first, but she was challenged to prove that women can do well in public service.
Loyola also called on Caviteños to “continue to aspire to achieve beyond the norms of society that will make an impact to our family and to our community.”
