Be a Taal tourist! Councilor June Manimtim shows you how

Holy Week is fast approaching, and for sure, many families are already planning where to spend their break.
Taal Councilor June Manimtim, who heads the committee on tourism, wants you to consider the heritage town as a destination and has come up wth a handy guide on how to get to his town and the activities that visitors can do there.
He posted the information on Facebook, and said the visitors would not even need to spend much. Their P300 would go a long way there, he promised.
Among the things he shared were data on how to get to Taal by bus, the places of interest they could check out including churches for those on a visita iglesia, fees for some of the tourist sites, hotels and bed and breakfast places where they can stay, restaurants where they can it, ad suggested souvenirs or pasalubong they could buy.
With all these information at hand, we’re sure many would find a good reason to check out Taal.
It’s definitely more than the namesake of the famous volcano!
