Only the best for her babies! Lav Chipeco shares her breastfeeding tips and secrets

Jan 19, 2018 @ 14:50

There’s no debate that breastfeeding is the best for babies, and Calamba’s first lady Laverne Chipeco is continuing the practice after her second child Jacob was born.

Lav has never run out of breastmilk for her little ones, and many have become curious about it.

She shared that she makes sure to pump her milk on the other side every time she breastfeeds her baby boy so that she would always have a stash of milk on hand. It’s something that she does every two hours, she said.

She also makes sure to eat soup with malunggay.

Breastfeeding is not always easy and is time-consuming, but it is something that she has no intention of skipping. Plus, it saves money, she added.

Breastfeeding is definitely worth it!

“Marami pong nagtatanong ng secret ko kung bakit marami akong breastmilk. This is an actual photo of my stash from last night’s pumping session. From 6pm until 8am only. Everytime nag ffeed kami ni Jacob, meron akong pump sa kabilang side para hindi sayang yung time and laging merong let down sa other side pag may feeding sa kabila. I do this every 2 hours, same time kasi mas maraming ma pproduce kapag may demand palagi. Tapos every lunch, I eat something na may sabaw pero madalas chicken tinolang may malunggay kasi favorite ko talga yun. I dont take any capsules since sobrang dami kong milk. Pero my doctor recommends Natalac. Feeding at Pumping Breastmilk — ito ang nagpapapuyat sakin palagi kasi I make sure I get to share my milk with Jayla ❤ Sacrifices of a mother! Mahirap pero all worth it PLUS TIPID PA HAHAHA ?,” she posted.
