Baka may virus! San Luis, Batangas Mayor Samuel Ocampo warns FB friends vs sending chain mail

Nov 22, 2017 @ 11:41

San Luis, Batangas Mayor Samuel Ocampo has a plea to his Facebook friends: stop sending him chain letters.

No, Ocampo doesn’t think reposting or forwarding a message with a religious image would bring him a miracle, or that not doing this would bring him misfortune. Christians should know God doesn’t work that way, he said.

Moreover, these chain messages may even spread computer viruses or allow hackers to access your account, he warned.

Now that would be bad luck.

“Pls pls pls friends:I don’t want to offend or hurt anyone’s feelings but, please do not send me flashing hearts and flowers through Messenger telling me that I must send to 10 people, including you if I consider myself your friend. I am your friend but I do not wish to receive chain letters. Also, do not send images of God, or Jesus , the Virgin Mary or angels, in order that I may receive a miracle; and, if I do not, I will have very bad luck. Every christian should know this is not God’s way.Another reason, these chains bring VIRUSES and can destroy the software of a device or clone their data. They are also one of the easiest ways for hackers to gain access to your account. I appreciate your cooperation.
