We don’t know if Cabuyao Councilor Tutti Caringal forgot that it was scary season, not the day of hearts.

But in any case, he shared a scary-hugot post on Instagram to suggest another thing that people can be frightened of: that of losing him.

“Uso na naman ang katatakutan. Pwede bang ako naman ang katakutan mo? Katakutan mong mawala sa buhay mo,” he posted.

Maybe he’s on to something, though. For some people, heartbreak can be scarier than monsters.
