The recent chilling events in Las Vegas did not seem to dampen the visit there of Sariaya Mayor Marcelo Gayeta and his wife Marivic, who heads the Sariaya Tourism Council.

Marivic shared photos of the couple’s trip on her Facebook page, which showed them smiling with friends, posing before the city’s sights, and enjoying sumptuous meals.

Before their trip to the casino capital, the couple also met with the members of the Sariaya Association of California and officials of Santa Clarita, a sister city of Sariaya.

Looks like it was both work and play for the couple in the US!
