Starting ’em young! Cavite Rep. shows kids what it’s like to be a politiko

Youth leaders from General Trias, Cavite got a taste of what’s it like to be a member of the House of Representatives when Cavite Rep. Luis “Jonjon” Ferrer invited them to watch the legislative chamber at work.
Ferrer posted about the experience on Facebook, which be planned for the Linggo ng Kabataan last August 24 to September 4.
The visit, he said, was intended to make his young constituents understand the duties and responsibilities of a public official and to give them the knowledge they need to be future leaders of the country.
