Subic Mayor Jay Khonghun and Olongapo Mayor Rolen Paulino had a nice treat to offer for their constituents this new year. Labor Secretary Silvestre Bello III personally came to Zambales to hand out these livelihood carts for residents to live off on.

It’s their way of helping improve family incomes. Tusok tusok na!
