Feeling surgeon: Mayor Dan Fernandez scrubs up for operation bingot

He’s like an anxious parent who can’t wait to see his kid.

Mayor Dan Fernandez and Rep. Arlene Arcillas sponsored free cleft palate (bingot) operations for children in Sta. Rosa, Laguna. They were very hands-on with they project that they even made sure to be present on the scheduled operation.

They also wore hospital gowns to personally check on the patient during and after the process. Sipag!
