Mark Leviste should have been showed the door after he flashed the finger during a recent game between Ateneo and La Salle.
Epok Quimpo, team manager of the Ateneo Blue Eagles, finally spoke up a day after the tense game 1 of the UAAP men’s basketball finals which saw former Batangas Vice Governor and La Sallian Mark Leviste who went down from his seat and raised his middle finger towards the Ateneo bench at the middle of the game.
“I think any fan who approaches the bench with aggression should be escorted out by the guards,” Quimpo said in a text message to ABS-CBN News on Sunday, a day after the Saturday game that saw the Archers nix a narrow win, 67-65.
Leviste has shown no remorse towards his actions, taking to Twitter to justify how he was taunted by a member of the Ateneo’s coaching staff.
