GMA wears neck brace in handing out relief goods in Pampanga

Former President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo is back on her feet as she visits flooded areas in Guagua, Pampanga.
With her neck brace back in place, the president turned congresswoman made the rounds in San Roque as she visited and handed out relief packs to flood victims and evacuees. She led a team of politikos in talking to the residents.
Nothing can be more reassuring than words from a former president!
