Sandiganbayan: Bong Revilla can vote but can PNP guarantee his safety in Cavite?

Is the Philippine National Police (PNP) capable of ensuring the safety and prevent the escape of Senator Ramon “Bong” Revilla Jr. if ever he is brought to Bacoor, Cavite to cast his vote on May 9, 2016?
This is the main question raised by the Sandiganbayan First Division in its resolution to PNP Director General Ricardo Marquez.
The First Division handling the cases of Revilla in connection with the pork barrel scam gave Marquez 24 hours from receipt of its resolution to submit the PNP’s report.
Earlier, Revilla filed a motion before the First Division asking permission for him to vote in Bacoor where he a registered voter.
The Senator is currently detained at the PNP Custodial Center in Camp Crame.
