The two other governors may not be veteran actors, but in the political arena, they share the same spotlight as Vilma Santos.

The star for all seasons and Batangas governor was among the recipients of the Outstanding Governor Award alongside ARMM’s Mujiv Hataman and Ilocos Norte’s Imee Marcos.
