What better way to make residents happy than to give them a few treats?
Laguna Governor Ramil Hernandez graced the fiesta celebration of Victoria town in the province. But aside from his “pampagana” opening speech, he brought extra stuff with him: desk fans were up for a raffle!
In the intense heat in the Philippines, a free fan would surely be a welcome gift for one’s home. Happy fiesta indeed!
