Laguna’s Arlene Arcillas is #blessed in the US

Santa Rosa, Laguna mayor Arlene Arcillas flew to the US just to meet the pope.

And it was a journey that is well worth it, as she got to see Pope Francis in the flesh as he crossed the streets of Washington D.C., complete with a Vatican flag in hand.

Turns out that Arcillas was taking classes in a school down the Metro, where she and her classmates sneaked out to rush to the holy pope.
