Albay Vice Gov Harold Imperial to succeed Joey Salceda?
The search is on for a successor as incumbent Albay Gov. Joey Salceda maxes out his three-term limit by 2016.
But Salceda may not have to scour far and wide for his replacement, as it seems his second-in-command is up to the task.
In what seems to be a prophetic vision, Vice-Governor Harold O. Imperial (nicknamed HOI) posted a photo of himself doing the famous LP sign in front of a poster during Mar Roxas’ endorsement last July 31, which read: Ituloy ang Daang Matuwid.
Albay is among the provinces most supportive of Mar. But the question remains: will Imperial pull a Roxas in Albay?
