Three teenagers on a motorcycle figured in an accident as they hit a sports utility vehicle owned by the Pangasinan provincial government issued to Pangasinan 6th district Board Member Ranjit Shahani.
The accident happened at barangay Domampot in Asingan when a motorcycle driven by Ryan Vincent Sison, 17, swerved to the right-of-way lane being traversed by Ramon Torralba who was driving Shahani’s service vehicle.
Sison and passenger Manilyn Abellenida, 16, died on the spot while a third passenger Leon Aquino was rushed to the Sacred Heart Hospital in Urdaneta City.
Shahani was at home when the accident happened.
Shahani said that he will provide financial assistance to the families of victims.
