Antipolo Rep. Robbie Puno awards scholarship to college student
Antipolo Rep. Robbie Puno has made a young student and her family very happy after announcing that she has been chosen as the beneficiary of the 2021 Our Lady of Fatima University full scholarship.
Puno, in tandem with OLFU president Caroline Santos-Enriquez, has been awarding the full scholarship grant to the valedictorians and salutatorians of the graduating batch every year since 2009.
A total of 78 scholars have graduated from OLFU.
The latest recipient is Angela Tadipa, the daughter of a driver and soap vendor.
Angela graduated with honors from high school and has also been helping her mother selling soap.
She is now a first year college student in OLFU taking up Bachelor of Science Major in Laboratory Science.
Puno congratulated Angela and wished her well in her studies.
“Congratulations Angela for this well-deserved reward for all your hard work! We are excited for the great things you will achieve in the future!” Puno posted on Facebook.
