Taytay Mayor Joric Gacula gives out veggies planted in his own land
Taytay Mayor Joric Gacula was very happy to distribute vegetables grown in his own land.
In a Facebook post, Gacula said it felt good to give away something he had grown.
He distributed sayote to residents of Barangay Sta. Ana and cooked okra and sitaw in sinigang for street sweepers.
The vegetables are all organic and grew without need for chemical fertilizers, he said.
He also said these were distributed along with bread from Gardenia.
For the mayor, these aren’t ordinary veggies!
“Pag may tinanim may aanihin..
#BestTaytay,” Gacula posted.
