Tuloy po kayo! Angono to allow walk-in vaccination, says Mayor Jeri Mae Calderon
If you’re an Angono resident who happens to pass by a vaccination site and have yet to get jabbed, you can now go right in to get your shot.
Angono Mayor Jeri Mae Calderon announced on Facebook that the local government would now allow walk-in vaccination.
According to her, many of the online registrants texted about their vaccination schedule failed to show up on the appointed date.
Recently, only 253 people out of 1,500 who were texted had turned up at the vaccination site, she said.
Because of this, the vaccination team decided to accept walk-ins to help ensure Angono would reach herd immunity soon.
The service is only open to Angono residents and would be on a first come, first served basis.
Online registration for the vaccination is still open as well.
It’s now so much easier to get vaccinated in Angono!
-FIRST COME FIRST SERVE BASIS po ito.
