General Mariano Alvarez Vice Mayor Angie Paycana shares how she stays strong as she copes with COVID-19
General Mariano Alvarez Vice Mayor Angie Paycana is staying brave as she fights COVID-19.
In a Facebook post, Paycana advised those who had been infected like her to keep their faith and trust in the Lord.
They should strengthen their resolve, she said.
She also shared what she does to power through her illness.
She said she does lung exercises through the spirometer, and it has been helping.
She was even able to preside over the sessions of the town council.
She was just saddened to receive video clips of a message that contained incorrect information about her, she said.
She would defend her cause, she added.
Even with her illness, she will soldier on!
The situation may get worse each day.
Pabigat man ang sitwasyon, let us all remember na may iisang Diyos tayong makakapitan, masasandalan, maaasahan. He will be our shield and protection.
God is with us.
Now On my 9th day of isolation, I am doing lung exercises thru the spirometer. Nakakatulong po siya. Ten repetitions every 2 hours.
Nakakalungkot lang kahapon hanggang sa ngayon ay may nagsesend sa akin ng video clips ng isang mensahe made online and it hurts to hear what was said there. I have no choice but to defend my cause.
God is with us,” Paycana posted.
