Cavite Board Member Kerby Salazar says the community plantry is now bearing fruit
Cavite Board Member Kerby Salazar is glad to see the province’s Community Plantry project bearing fruit. Or vegetables.
In a Facebook post, Salazar said one of those who received seeds from the project sent him photos of the eggplants he had grown.
He shared the photos on Facebook and said it makes him happy to know that these people are benefiting from the produce they have grown.
They can now harvest vegetables they could eat or sell.
As the saying goes, pag may tinanim, may aanihin!
“Isa po sa mga nabigyan ng pananim ng ating Community Plantry Project ang nagpadala sa akin ng mga larawang ito. Nakakatuwa pong makitang napapakinabangan na nila ang mga produce.
#SustainabilityIsTheKey,” Salazar posted.
