Santa Maria Mayor Cindy Carolino is offering a chance for budding directors to show what they’ve got.

In a Facebook post, Carolino shared the details of the short filmmaking contest she is hosting.

It is open to Santa Maria residents between the ages of 15 to 30, and participants can register until August 15.

The theme of the contest is “Santa Maria, noon, ngayon at bukas.”

The first place winner will receive P10,000.

If you have a vision in mind that you want to put on film, here’s your chance!

WHO: Bonafide Resident of Santa Maria, Laguna and must be aged 15-30 years old.

WHEN: Last Day of Registration— August 15, 2021, 5PM (Extended date)
