Sagot niya si lola! Cainta Mayor Kit Nieto announces construction of a Home for the Aged
Cainta will take care of its own, especially the lolos and lolas who have nowhere to go and nobody to care for them, according to Mayor Kit Nieto.
In a Facebook post, Nieto announced that construction has begun on the Home for the Aged of Cainta.
It would house the elderly in comfortable surroundings during their final years, he said.
The government would shoulder the expenses for their needs, he said.
The two-storey building would rise on a 2,000 square meter lot and would have an elevator.
It would also have an indoor recreational area and prayer room, as well as in-house nurses, physical therapists, caregivers, a dietician, and a psychologist.
It would be a haven for those in their twilight years!
600 square meters of indoor recreational area
#kayangamaygobyerno,” Nieto posted.
