Don’t hide! Laguna Board Member Ann Matibag launches contact tracing app for COVID 19 fight
Contact tracing is a key component in the fight against COVID 19, and Laguna Board Member Ann Matibag has turned to technology to help this effort.
Matibag and Laguna Reo. Dan Fernandez have launched their joint project, the the 1D Contact Tracer App, according to a post on Matibag’s page.
The app is meant to make it easier for people to input the information on the places they had visited, including shops, local government offices, and public transportation.
Tracking people’s movement would play a big role in determining who had interacted with COVID 19 patients and in preventing the spread of the disease.
Don’t forget to use the app!
