Tito? Call him Kuya instead, says Laguna Gov. Ramil Hernandez
Laguna Gov. Ramil Hernandez was amused to find what appeared to be his likeness printed on a T-shirt being sold in a mall in Quezon City.
Hernandez shared the photo of the T-shirt in an Instagram post and said he was flattered to have been chosen as the model for the clothing item.
It labeled him “Tito of Millennials,” and below his photo was the line National Uncle’s Day.
But the governor has one qualm about the design. He would rather be the kuya of the millennials instead of their tito.
Hey, he’s not that old!
“Store daw po ito sa Quezon city, Artwork Trinoma. Nakakataba naman po ng puso na mapiling model ng t-shirt na binibenta nyo. Pero pwede po bang umapela? Baka naman pwedeng kuya of millennials na lang.hehe!?? #kuyaofmillennials #govramil,” Hernandez posted.
