Talo ang trapo! Taytay Mayor Joric Gacula lauds near completion of high school campus despite opposition

Nov 19, 2018 @ 12:27

Taytay Mayor Joric Gacula is more than happy over the near completion of the Taytay Public Senior High School Campus.

This is not just because he thinks this is a good project, but also because it has surmounted obstacles.

In a Facebook post, Gacula noted that the project had faced opposition from some members of the Sangguniang Bayan, who had tried to block it.

What’s saddening for him was that the opposition was due to personal reasons stemming from politics, he said. He called it “trapo strategy”— blocking something if you can’t do anything good.

The project would entail the construction of three buildings with four floor each, and all these would be completed soon thanks to the assistance of President Duterte, Rep. Duavit, and Gov. Nini Alcantara-Ynares, he said.

Haters can hate, but the project will rise!

#gawahindiNgawa #thinkPositive #bestTaytay,” Gacula posted.
