Mayor Nieto amazed after 1.2M showed up for INC’s Walk for Poverty

May 25, 2018 @ 21:11

Cainta Mayor Kit Nieto could not hide his astonishment with the success of Iglesia ni Cristo’s “Worldwide Walk to Fight Poverty” last May 6.

The symbolic walk aimed to help fight poverty in Africa.

The Rizal politiko said the number of people who turned up sent shivers down his spine.

The Philippine National Police said around 1.2 million people participated in the event.
