Vice Guv Fernando’s ‘Damayang Filipino’ gets much-needed boost with donation of 2 medical vans

Bulacan Vice Governor Daniel Fernando’s “Damayang Filipino” got a much needed boost when a philantropist, who refused to be identified, donated two medical vans.

The politiko said these new equipment will boost their capability in bringing community assistance and medical aid to people living in Bulacan’s 21 towns and three cities.

“There is indeed a Santa Claus in our midst. We are very thankful for the kind soul for choosing the Damayang Filipino as recipient of two medical service vehicles which we can use in sending free medical assistance to the villages especially in the remote areas of Bulacan,” Fernando said.

The donor said that he has chosen “Damayang Filipino” because the group is actively and consistently responding to the health and medical needs of the villagers all over Bulacan.

The Bulacan vice governor said the two medical vans will bring medical aids together with health personnel and para-medics to various communities in the entire province.

Fernando said that “Damayang Filipino” is also actively providing livelihood programs, technical education training and advocates the protection of environment.

He also said that “Damayang Filipino” is regularly boosting its “Dugong Filipino” blood letting program.
